 How do I book an appointment?

Online booking is the most efficient way of scheduling. You have 24 access to the website as well as the ability to see dates and times as far out as 30 days. Book your next appointment HERE.

What service do you recommend for first-time clients?

The New Client Package includes a great way to start as a first-time client. A detailed consultation, a trim, a treatment then, a simple wash and go or silk press

Would you recommend a treatment service for first-time clients?

Treatments are the heart of your hair. I suggest booking the New Client Package. It comes with a trim and recommended treatment to fit your hair or scalp needs.

Is it hard to maintain permanent hair color?

Think of hair color as a luxury service. Just as your luxury care would need TLC so does your hair color. Premium shampoos, conditioning masks, trims, and treatments while being mindful of hot tool usage and styling. The lighter you go the more maintenance it will require.

What service do I book? 

For new clients, I always recommend a consultation or a new client package. I do not suggest a color service for a first-time appointment.

What is your availability?

Appointment availability is Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Times may vary depending on the season. Holiday hours may also vary.

Should I do anything to my hair before my appointment with you? 

A few days before your appointment I suggest you detox your hair. This is simply clarifying the hair and scalp to remove product buildup. Please be sure to detangle your hair before service. Detangle time is not included in the scheduled service slot and will be subject to an add-on fee. If you are receiving hair color the hair should be cleaned and stretched.

I thought I booked an appointment online but did not receive a confirmation text or email. What should I do?

When an appointment is booked the stylist, as well as the client, will receive a confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation try rescheduling online. 

I tried to book an appointment online, but I did not see any availability?

Online booking allows for you to pick the time and date that fits best. If there is no time available it is already booked or Iā€™m unavailable at that time. Ideal bookings are made before leaving your appointment or 2-3 weeks in advance.

What happens if I have to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Courtesy notices of cancellation are 48 hours from your scheduled time. For example, if your appointment is scheduled for Wed. 2 pm you should cancel or reschedule no later than Mon 2 pm. No call no shows as well as late cancellations are subject to a 45.00 cancellation fee. This fee cannot be applied to a future service.

Do you offer consultations?

Hair color consultations are strongly suggested. This allows for more efficient results as well as expectations of results. Each new client receives a consultation at the start of her appointment. For hair color, hair or scalp concerns a separate consultation should be scheduled.
